Products purchased in the online shop can be exchanged or returned within 14 days after purchase.
The refund will be made after the order is received and it is proven that it is in perfect condition, accompanied by its original packaging.
The shipping costs of the order will not be refunded.
To make your return, you must contact me by e-mail (cristianaresina@gmail.com) or by registered mail, stating your decision and presenting the proof of purchase.
Sometimes, misplacements occur during shipping. I recommend that you return your order via registered mail or carrier (with tracking number). Refunds will only be given upon receipt of the order.
Products can be exchanged for others of equal or greater value.
CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS
These products were created especially for you. As such, they cannot be exchanged or returned.
PRODUCTS WITH MANUFACTURING DEFECT
All products that have a manufacturing defect, an inaccuracy or are not according to the description, can be returned.
In this case, the refund will be total (order value and shipping costs).
If the products do not meet these conditions of exchanges and returns, they will be returned to the customer and no refund will be made.
