The products present in the shop include VAT at the legal rate in force.
All postage is free for shipments within the European Union.
If you live outside the European Union, you should contact me by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
1) Add items to the shopping cart.
2) Confirm the articles and services included in the shopping cart.
3) Register / Fill in the form, where you should indicate:
- Full name;
- Telephone contacts e-mail;
- NIF / NIPC of the Customer;
- Customer’s address;
- Option and payment data;
- Read and accept the present terms and conditions of the shop.
4) Summary of the order placed: the customer will receive an e-mail with the order confirmation. If, for reasons unrelated to the shop, the email is not delivered to the customer, he should contact the following email address: email@example.com.
3. SHIPPING ADDRESS
The order is always sent to the Delivery Address. If you wish it to be sent to a different place, please let me know beforehand.
4. RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
Products can be reserved for a period of 24 hours. After this period, if payment is not confirmed, the reservation will be cancelled.
The order can be cancelled within 24h. The customer should send me an e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org), with his name and order number. If the payment has already been made, the amount will be refunded.
5. PAYMENT METHODS
The available payment methods are:
- MB WAY
- Credit Card – American Express, Discover, VISA or Mastercard. In this option you must indicate the card data (Card number/Validity/CVV).
- Bank Transfer – The order number should be indicated in the description of the transfer and the proof should be sent to email@example.com.
Any order will only be processed after validation and good collection.
6. PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
All my products are handmade, so I will be happy to customize them for you! You can change colours, sizes, designs, or even suggest completely different models.
Just contact me (before placing your order) and share your ideas: firstname.lastname@example.org.
When the alteration does not affect the production method, this will not have any additional cost. In case it implies additional raw materials and execution time, an extra value may be charged, to be agreed with the client.
7. DELIVERY TIMES
The time required to prepare an order varies according to the product. Please confirm the deadline mentioned in the description of the products you ordered.
Please note that customised products may require longer deadlines.
If you have urgency for your order, please clet me know and I will do my best to finish it sooner.
Shipping time varies:
- Portugal mainland and Spain: up to 1 week.
- European Union countries: between 1 and 2 weeks.

- For European Union countries: UPS or CTT (with tracking number)
