WHAT YOU NEED:
· Flowers in various colors
· Black pen
· Brush
· Sheet of paper
· Soap
· Lemon
HOW TO MAKE:
You can turn this activity more interesting if you have quite different and colourful flowers.
On a paper sheet sheet of paper, start by “rubbing” each flower, making a stain with the shape you want.
That’s when the fun begins!
When you brush the lemon and then “paint” the coloured stain of the flower, some colours change its tone due to the acidity of the lemon.
Then try the same with the soap. Once again, some of the stains change their tone, this time due to the alkalinity of the soap.
Draw all the details when the paint is dry.
This is a very simple activity, but you will learn so much from it!
It’s a way of exploring creativity and artistic talent, of teaching the difference between acid and basics, of getting to know various types of plants and the parts that make them up.
It is also a great excuse to go for a walk in the countryside, now that the sun is calling for us! ️❤️
